How do I book an appointment?
We work by appointment only. Call or message us on 07903 713217, or send a request through our online form, and we’ll confirm a time that suits you.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes, for new Sisterlocks or Microlocks. A consultation (£20–£30) lets us check your hair, plan your locs and give you an accurate quote.
Do you work with all hair types?
Yes. We specialise in Afro and Caribbean hair, and we also care for Caucasian, Asian and children’s hair for men, women and kids.
What if I need to cancel or rearrange?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment, so we can offer the slot to another client.
What products do you use?
Our green-fingered approach uses natural products that are free from parabens and nasties, encouraging silky-soft, healthy hair from tips to roots.
How long does a retwist take?
Retightening appointments – microlock, interlocking, crochet and palm rolls – are priced for up to 2 hours, depending on the number and size of your locs.
